Quality Control
High-Precision Machining
Our facility utilizes CNC technology to precisely machine each component. This process ensures that every part meets strict quality and dimension specifications, essential for the assembly of high-quality massagers and skincare instruments. Inspection of Die-cast Finished Products
After the die-casting process, each product is closely inspected by our quality control team. They check for any structural anomalies, ensure the surface is smooth and uniform, and verify that all dimensions are precise to the specifications. This meticulous evaluation ensures each item meets our high-quality standards before it is approved for further assembly or packaging.
Surface Polishing of Die-cast Finished Products
After inspection, each die-cast product undergoes a surface polishing process. This step involves smoothing and enhancing the surface finish to remove any imperfections and achieve a high-quality appearance. The polished products are then ready for assembly or packaging, ensuring they meet the aesthetic standards required by our clients.
Appearance Inspection
After polishing, each product is carefully inspected for visual quality. This process involves checking for uniformity of the finish and identifying any surface defects. This ensures that all products meet our production standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Proper Assembly
After inspection, components are assembled according to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each position. This ensures that every part fits perfectly and functions as intended, maintaining the high quality and reliability expected by our clients.
Functional Testing
Each assembled product undergoes functional testing based on detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to each function. This ensures that all features operate correctly and meet performance standards before the product is approved for packing.
Logo Laser Engraving
After functional testing, products can be customized with logo laser engraving. We follow precise SOPs for positioning and detailing to ensure that each logo is accurately and consistently applied, enhancing brand recognition for our clients.
Appearance Double Inspection & Wipe
Following logo engraving, each product undergoes a second appearance inspection and a thorough wipe down. This double check ensures that the final product is free of any handling marks or residues.
Package
After the final inspection, products are carefully packaged according to established SOPs. This process includes protective wrapping and secure boxing to ensure the products remain safe during transit and arrive in excellent condition to our clients.
Labeling Services
In addition to our standard packaging, we also offer specialized labeling services, particularly for clients selling on B2C platforms like Amazon. This service ensures that each product is properly labeled to meet specific platform requirements and consumer recognition needs before being shipped to the end customer.
